As part of National Level Exercise 09, we have been notified by USCG Sector Houston-Galveston that the Port
of Houston Authority should (simulate) moving to MARSEC Level 2 immediately. No physical action is required
on your part. Please notify POHA Security by email (security@poha.com) or fax (713-670-3619), that you have (simulated) MARSEC Level 2
conditions. The PCC is not staffed so phone calls will not be answered.
